Travel Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all bookings made through Avion Travel Booking (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via phone or related communication channels.

Avion Travel Booking provides independent travel booking assistance. We do not own or control airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the respective supplier.

All service fees charged by Avion Travel Booking are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary cancellations 
• Schedule changes 
• Denied boarding 
• Supplier delays or disruptions 

Service fees are separate from supplier charges.

Refund eligibility for travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) is determined solely by the supplier’s fare rules and policies. Depending on the ticket or reservation:

• Some bookings may be non-refundable 
• Some may allow partial refunds with penalties 
• Some may be eligible only for credit (not cash refunds) 

We do not guarantee any refund unless confirmed by the supplier.

Cancellation requests are processed based on supplier rules and timing. Delays in requesting cancellation may result in reduced or no refund eligibility.

If a refund is approved by the supplier:

• It will be processed back to the original payment method 
• Processing time may take 7–30 business days or longer, depending on the supplier and financial institution 

Avion Travel Booking is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or banks.

Failure to use any portion of your booking (e.g., missing a flight) may result in:

• Full forfeiture of the ticket value 
• Cancellation of remaining itinerary segments 
• No refund eligibility 

In some cases, suppliers may allow:

• Date changes 
• Travel credits 
• Rebooking with fare differences 

Additional fees and fare differences may apply.

By providing payment over the phone or through any payment method, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the booking details 
• You understand the applicable fare rules 
• You accept that service fees are non-refundable 
• Refunds are subject to supplier policies 

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact our support team to attempt resolution.

Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may result in:

• Submission of booking records and call recordings as evidence 
• Suspension of future services
